The DP-700 exam result and certificate are tied to the Microsoft Learn / Pearson VUE profile that used candidate ID MS1101189551, which is different from the ID currently used (MS1101218171). When multiple accounts or IDs exist, certifications can appear missing in the active profile.

To resolve this and retrieve the certificate:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn using every Microsoft account (personal, work, or school) that might have been used when scheduling the exam.
      • For each account, open the profile and check Credentials → Certifications to see if DP-700 appears.
      • Also check the contact email in the Learn profile; the congratulations email is sent to this address and may indicate which profile holds the certification.
    2. Check for multiple profiles / accounts
      • Because the exam confirmation email shows candidate ID MS1101189551, that ID is associated with a different Pearson VUE / Microsoft Learn profile than the one currently used.
      • Try signing in to Pearson VUE again using the same email and sign-in method used when booking the exam (for example, different Microsoft account, work vs. personal, or different sign-in alias).
    3. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support immediately
      • Use Microsoft Credentials Support to fix missing certifications or account mismatches and to merge or correct profiles when needed.
      • Provide them with:
        • Full name
        • Both candidate IDs (MS1101189551 and MS1101218171)
        • Exam name and date (DP-700, 21 April)
        • Screenshots of the exam confirmation email from Pearson VUE showing the passed status and candidate ID
      • They can investigate which profile holds the result and help surface the certification in the correct Learn profile or provide official proof of completion.
    4. If Pearson VUE is involved
      • Since Pearson VUE has already delivered the exam, if there is any doubt about delivery status, Pearson VUE Support can confirm that the exam was delivered successfully and that the result was sent to Microsoft. For certificate visibility or profile issues, Microsoft Credentials Support remains the primary contact.

Because there is an urgent deadline, submit a ticket to Microsoft Credentials Support right away and include all IDs and exam details so they can prioritize resolving the missing certification and provide documentation that can be shared with the organization.
