How to change OneNote from "Read Only" back to ability to edit the notes?

OneNote on my Android device has become stuck in a "Read Only" mode.

How do I change this setting so that I can edit my OneNotes?

    In my case, I didn't even see the Misplaced Sections. So, I just uninstalled and reinstalled it, and that fixed it.

    I think ur OneNote goes read‑only only when Android grabs the pre‑merge shadow copy instead of the live page. Open notebook list→tap the warn’d page→Sync→sign‑out→sign‑in; if it still sticks, clear OneNote cache once and it comes back editable.
