Error opening Dark Web Monitoring in Windows Defender

Regardless of what device i try. I've logged out, cleared cache, rebooted PC, but I still get this error when trying to open Dark Web Monitoring

    I have also been having problems with the Win 11 Defender app telling me "something went wrong" for both Credit monitoring and Dark web monitoring.

    #1) Defender app and all things protection on my win 11 pro is working fine. I just cannot open Credit Monitoring or Dark Web Monitoring.

    #2) I CAN see all things dark web and credit monitoring when I log into Defender on the web or an iPhone.

    #3) The recommended solution to go into the defender app and delete everything and start over is irrelevant in my case.

    #3a) Because I cannot log into the defender app's credit and dark web monitoring (see #1)

    #3b) Everything is fine on the web (#2)
