Take screenshot of all items in drop-down

Windows only captures what is currently visible on the screen. If a drop-down list is scrollable, built-in tools like Snipping Tool or screen clipping cannot automatically capture all items in one shot; they only record the visible portion at the time of capture.

To capture all 20 items, use a manual, multi-step approach and then combine the images:

1. Open the drop-down and position it so as many items as possible are visible.
2. Press Windows logo key + Shift + S to open the snipping overlay.
3. Select Rectangle mode, then drag around the visible part of the drop-down to capture it. The snip is copied to the clipboard and can be opened in Snipping Tool or pasted into another app.
4. Scroll the drop-down to reveal the remaining items.
5. Repeat Windows logo key + Shift + S and capture the newly visible items.
6. Open an image editor (or paste each snip into an app like Word or PowerPoint) and arrange the captured segments vertically to create a single composite image showing all 20 items.

Snipping Tool and screen clipping do not support automatic scrolling capture of long drop-down lists in Windows 11, so capturing in segments and stitching them together is the only supported method using built-in tools.
