Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub login issue: says “No user found,” but Azure startup subscription is active

Hello,

I’m running into what appears to be a Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub account login issue and I’m hoping a moderator can escalate this to the Microsoft for Startups technical team and help fix this problem for me.

My issue is this:

  • When I try to sign in to the Microsoft for Startups portal using LinkedIn, I get the error: “No user found. Please sign up or try a different LinkedIn account.”
  • When I try to sign in using my Microsoft account instead, my startup profile does not appear there
  • However, my $5,000 startup credit and subscription is showing correctly in Azure, I've been approved already which makes this look like a Founders Hub portal/account-linking backend problem rather than a problem with Azure itself.

What makes this more confusing is that I used the correct LinkedIn account on my initial application, and I have already tried multiple common troubleshooting steps on my own:

  • I changed the LinkedIn email to match the same startup company email used on my application and Microsoft account.
  • I tried signing in using Incognito / private mode, cleared cookies and tried new browser.
  • I also tested both the LinkedIn sign-in path and the Microsoft account sign-in path, but neither one shows my startup profile correctly.
  • Confirmed permissions on the linkedin page were correctly granted for Microsoft for Startups

From what I can tell, this is not an isolated issue. I found multiple Microsoft forum threads where other users appear to be hitting the same bug:

Based on those threads, this seems like it may be a backend provisioning / account association bug inside Founders Hub, where the LinkedIn identity, Microsoft account, and startup workspace are not properly linked even though the startup benefit is active in Azure, my application was approved last month.

My main questions are:

Can a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to the Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub technical team for investigation?

  • Is there a direct contact email method for the Microsoft for Startups technical team, for users who cannot sign in to the portal and therefore cannot submit a ticket from inside it?

Any help would be appreciated, because right now I appear to have an active Azure startup subscription + credits but no working access to the actual Founders Hub portal.

Thank you

Important note: Please do not suggest that I create a support ticket from inside the Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub portal, because I cannot access the portal in the first place. I have also already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps, and testing both the LinkedIn and Microsoft sign-in flows. I’m specifically looking for a direct external support path or escalation to the Microsoft for Startups technical team to help fix my issue.
