Why is my Microsoft payment for my app profits not sent yet?

It’s past the 15th, and I’m wondering why my payout still hasn’t been sent. It’s normally sent on the 15th of every month, but this month I haven’t received anything.

I’ve been patiently waiting, but after a few days I felt it was time to submit a support request. I did receive a response asking for more details, which I provided, but it’s now been several more days without any update.

The response times have been extremely slow, and I would really appreciate some clarification on when I can expect to receive my payout.
