When users hit the Teams web client they’re caught in an AAD loop (“trying to sign you in”) and the browser-dev tools call out “No resource with the given identifier found.” That error usually means the token request is pointing at an app/resource that AAD doesn’t recognize. Here are some things to check:

1. Licensing • In the Entra ID admin center go to Users > [user] > Licenses and make sure each person has the Microsoft Teams (or Microsoft 365) service plan assigned. • If they’re missing a Teams SKU, AAD may refuse to issue a token for the Teams resource.
2. User account status • Entra ID > Users > [user] > Profile > Settings – verify “Block sign-in” is set to No. • Reset a user’s password or enable/disable MFA temporarily to rule out credential issues.
3. Browser configuration • Use a supported browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox latest stable). • Clear cookies/cache or try an InPrivate/Incognito window. • Add https://teams.microsoft.com to your browser’s Trusted Sites (IE settings or equivalent).
4. Conditional Access • In Entra ID > Enterprise apps > Microsoft Teams > Conditional Access, confirm no policies are unintentionally blocking web sign-in. • You can temporarily disable any Teams-specific CA policy to test.
5. Sign-in logs & error details • In Entra ID > Monitoring > Sign-ins, filter by the affected user(s) and look for the exact AAD error code/details. • Check which “resource” or “client_id” value is being passed in the failing token requests.
6. Hybrid/hybrid SSO (if applicable) • If you’re using Azure AD Connect Seamless SSO, ADFS or Pass-Through Auth, confirm those are healthy and that the Teams web URL is allowed in your corporate firewall or proxy.
