Hello there,

I have attended the MS Virtual Training Day on 16 & 17th April 2026, after that I have received the email also for getting the 50% discount on the Azure AI Fundamental (AI-900) exam. Now when I am trying to register for the exam and book the exam, I am not getting that discount. I tried searching for multiple ways to get it, so says you will get it on Check out page but still it is not applicable. I am using the same email id which I used to register for MS virtual day training.

Please help me. I want to give exam it before 30th Apr.

Even after trying 5 business day, I am still not able to see the discount while scheduling the exam.

The 50% Virtual Training Day discount is not provided as a visible voucher code in the email. It is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile that uses the same email address that was used to register for the Virtual Training Day, and it can take around five business days after the training to appear.

Based on the described situation, use the following checks and steps:

Wait for processing time
The discount can take about five business days after the training sessions to be added to the profile. If April 16–17, 2026 was very recent and five business days have not passed, wait until that window has elapsed and then try again.
Confirm the correct email is used
Ensure that the email used to sign in to the Microsoft Learn / Certification profile and to register for the exam is exactly the same as the email used to register for the Virtual Training Day. The discount is tied to that email and applied automatically at checkout.
Register through the normal exam flow
a. Go to the AI-900 exam page and select “Schedule exam”.
b. Sign in with the Microsoft account that matches the Virtual Training Day registration email.
c. Complete the profile steps and proceed to Pearson VUE.
d. On the Pearson VUE checkout page, the 50% discount should automatically appear at the final stage of checkout if it has been applied to the profile. There is no separate code to enter for this type of discount.
If still no discount after 5 business days
If more than five business days have passed since the training and the correct email is being used, but the discount still does not appear at checkout, open a certification support ticket so the support team can check the Learn profile and event eligibility.

These Virtual Training Day discounts are handled the same way as other employee/event attendee discounts: they are attached to the Learn profile and applied automatically during Pearson VUE checkout when eligibility conditions are met.
