Running app services with a sql database pool and single databases, our app service URL is extremely slow when accessing the site but its intermittent. Its slow for 2 minutes and it goes back to normal again. We have not made any code or infastructure changes.

**Could you please provide answers for below questions via private chat to investigate the issue further.
- Are users accessing the App Service directly (URL) or through Application Gateway / Load Balancer / CDN / Front Door?
- Are you using public endpoints or private endpoints/VNet integration for SQL connectivity?
- During the slow period, are there any errors observed (timeouts, 5xx, database connection errors)?
- Is the slowness impacting all pages/APIs or only specific operations (e.g., database queries)?

The issue has been resolved at the moment. However, our product was down for some time and impacted our clients is a very negative way. I would like to know why the configuration changes were made without any notification. I would like to be referred to billing to discuss compensation for downtime and financial impact to our operations and customers.
