Cant Login to My Azure Portal with my MCT hotmail account due to MFA not notifying or sending notification to Old Phone

I lost my phone my hotmail were setup with MFA, i access my Azure Portal through it but with New Phone i can login to hotmail but when trying to login azure portal it asks for MFA and may be its sending MFA to my old mobile phone whereas i setup MFA on new mobile phone.
Frustrated cant find any help.
