I enrolled on the Extended Security Updates (ESU) by using 1000 points some months ago, but see no reference to this in my account details

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Extended Security Update (ESU)

To confirm that a Windows 10 device is enrolled in the Consumer Extended Security Updates (ESU) program:

    1. On the Windows 10 PC, open Settings.
    2. Go to Update & Security > Windows Update.
    3. Check the Windows Update page:
      • If the device is enrolled, ESU-related information and ESU updates will appear there as part of the normal update flow.

Additionally, because ESU for consumers is tied to a Microsoft account:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft account that was used to redeem the 1,000 Microsoft Rewards points.
    2. Go to the Order History page for that account: account.microsoft.com/orders.
    3. Look for an entry related to Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU). If ESU was successfully purchased or redeemed, it appears in this order history.

If ESU does not appear in Order History under the expected account, verify that the same Microsoft account is used both on the device (as an administrator) and for the Rewards redemption, then re-check Windows Update.
