How to reschedule your exam

To reschedule the AB-900 exam, use the Microsoft Learn profile and the exam provider site; support cannot change it directly from here.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile and sign in with the account used to schedule the exam.
2. From the avatar menu, select Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
4. Scroll to find the AB-900 exam appointment.
5. Select Reschedule next to that appointment.
6. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site (typically Pearson VUE) to complete the rescheduling.

Policy details to be aware of:

• Exams must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the entire exam fee (or voucher) is forfeited.
• If the exam was scheduled using a special offer (for example, a free exam campaign), additional rules may apply, such as forfeiting the free attempt if the appointment is missed or changed too late.

If the reschedule option does not appear or errors occur, open a support request with the Microsoft Credentials support team as described under Credentials Support in the exam policies.
