Adding Azure Active Directory Premium P1 licenses to my Azure US Government acct

When I try to add "Azure Active Directory Premium P1" licenses to my current Microsoft Azure Government account, I receive the following error message:

(Refresh the page and try again. Something went wrong, and we couldn't complete this order. (CV: qs/ivUKl1j/Xtcoh.1.13)

I have tried multiple times and validated that the information entered is correct.

Hello Kevin Thivierge,

This is a known limitation in Azure US Government tenants. While Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Premium P1 is supported in Government clouds, self‑service purchase from the Azure portal is not always available depending on the subscription type.

Microsoft documents that Azure Government services must be procured via CSP, Enterprise Agreement, or Microsoft Support, and portal checkout can fail even when billing details are correct.

Next step: Please open a Billing / Subscription management support request and ask for backend provisioning of Entra ID P1, or work with your CSP if applicable.
