My Azure certifications which are attached to my previous organization email and I have included my personal email as preferred email.

as I have left my previous organization I don't have access to previous work email now.

how to regain the access to my certification ? I want to renew it.

I tried to raise ticket through https://engagehub.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AzureCXP_EngageHub/EngageHubMenu.MenuView/~/helpSupport/targetExperience/sfb

but not sure what product to choose to raise the ticket for my certification

Certification profiles cannot be transferred from one Learn profile (work account) to another (personal account). However, access can often be restored or consolidated by working with the correct account and support options.

    Use these steps:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with any accounts that might be associated with your certifications (old work account, personal Microsoft account, or any other work/school accounts) and check which profile shows the certifications.
      • Follow the guidance in Confirm your login account to verify that the certifications are not simply under a different Learn profile.
    2. If the certifications are on a Learn profile that uses a work or school account you no longer control, Microsoft cannot recover that work/school account. You must work with the former organization’s IT admin to regain access to that account if possible.
      • If access to the work account cannot be restored and no alternate login was added to that Learn profile earlier, access to that profile and its data is lost.
    3. For issues where certifications are missing from the Learn profile that is accessible (for example, they are not visible under the personal account that is now used), contact Microsoft Credentials Support and request help with missing credentials or merging/linking profiles:
      • Use the guidance under Contact Support in the Missing Exams or Certifications article.
      • Note that certifications cannot be transferred from one Learn profile to another, but existing profiles can be linked/merged when appropriate, as described in the Learn profile management guidance.
    4. Going forward, ensure that the active Learn profile has both a work/school account and a personal Microsoft account added as login options. This prevents loss of access if employment changes.

For renewal, once the certifications appear under the accessible Learn profile, use the normal renewal process from that profile.
