My profile to reflect my Microsoft certified Educator

To have a Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) or other certifications reflected on the Microsoft profile, follow these steps and checks:

1. Confirm the certification is eligible and active
   • Review the certification details in the credentials catalog to confirm it is still part of the active program and not a legacy credential that no longer appears in profiles.
   • Some older or retired certifications may no longer show in the Learn profile.
2. Verify the correct Microsoft Learn account is used
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the profile.
   • If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each account that might have been used when registering for or taking the MCE exam.
   • The congratulations email for the certification is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; this may differ from the sign-in account. If the certification is missing when following the link from that email, it may belong to a different profile.
3. Check the transcript and achievements
   • In the Learn profile, go to Transcript to see all earned credentials and qualifications.
   • Also check Achievements and Credentials → Certifications to confirm whether the MCE is listed there.
4. Understand Certiport-related limitations (if applicable)
   • If the MCE or related exams were taken through Certiport, be aware that exams and certifications earned via Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile.
   • Those credentials must be managed and shared from the Certiport account until integration work is completed.
5. If the certification is still missing, contact support
   • If the certification should appear (meets requirements, not legacy/retired, not solely managed by Certiport) and is still not visible after confirming the correct account, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for account-specific investigation and correction.

These steps ensure that any eligible Microsoft certification is correctly associated with the Learn profile and visible on the transcript for sharing with employers or institutions.
