Hello, I used to redeem my Microsoft Rewards points for Roblox gift cards (400, 800, or 1,000 Robux). Recently, I noticed that these options are no longer available in the Rewards catalog.

Could someone from Microsoft or the community explain:

Why the Robux gift cards were removed?
Whether this is a temporary change or a permanent removal?
If there are alternative ways to use Microsoft Rewards points to purchase Robux (for example, through Microsoft Store or Xbox gift cards)?

It could be that due to the current issues and moderations that Roblox has done as of late, and how it's been affecting their ideal brand, Microsoft might've realized the pressure and the current backlash Roblox faced because of certain events a year ago leading to this point, thereupon leading to why there might not be anymore Roblox Digital Cards. It's either that, or that the restocking of Roblox Digital Cards is still undergoing. Either way, it would seem that when searching for why there's no more Roblox Digital Cards, it's because they applied the removal on April 8. So for those, probably including you and me, who have tried to save up enough points for those digital cards, it might not be available anymore, or that it could be available, but restocking is taking time.

So, I went to Malaysia for about a week and I brought my phone and it said if I kept earning points there, I would be able to use the Malaysian Bing rewards experience I don't know if it's related but the last I checked I could buy 800 and 1000 robux on my phone but not on my computer

Ok so the day after I left that comment I checked again and it was gone but today the roblox gift card back - at least on my computer. I have yet to check my phone. It's 840 robux and 1050 robux. I'm not sure if it's affected by my gold membership or they just decided to change it.

Microsoft Rewards offers can change over time and vary by country/region. Some gift cards are not available all the time, so they can disappear from the Redeem catalog when unavailable.
