i need certificate

The lost certificate from 2011 cannot be retrieved directly from the information provided (candidate ID and registration ID). The certification record must be located in the Microsoft Learn / Certification systems and then re-downloaded.

Use these steps:

1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile
   • Go to the Certification Dashboard (see “Access your Certification Dashboard”).
   • Make sure the sign-in account matches the one used when taking the exam in 2011. If there might be multiple accounts (personal, work/school), sign out and try each one.
   • If the certification required more than one exam, confirm that all required exams were passed; otherwise, no certificate is issued.
2. Check for the certificate
   • From the Certification Dashboard, select View Certificates in the Certificates section.
   • If the 2011 certification is still part of the active program and associated with the signed-in profile, it will appear there.
   • Select the certificate name, then download it as PDF or as part of a .zip file.
3. If the certificate is missing
   • Some older/legacy certifications are no longer shown in the Learn profile.
   • Exams taken through Certiport are not reflected in the Learn profile and must be managed via the Certiport account instead.
   • If the certification is expected but not visible, or if the correct profile cannot be identified, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can look up the record and advise on whether the 2011 certification can still be accessed or reissued.
4. Contact support
   • For missing certifications or issues accessing/downloading certificates, submit a request to Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” and “Certification process overview” articles.

If the certification is confirmed and visible in the Certification Dashboard, it can be downloaded and shared with an employer or attached to a CV. If it is a legacy certification that has aged out of the program, support can confirm its status and what proof, if any, can still be provided.
