Scheduled DP 700 exam

Check whether the exam appointment is actually created in the Microsoft Learn profile. If the booking is confirmed, it appears there even if the email is delayed.

1. Sign in with the same account used to schedule DP-700.
2. Open the credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
3. Look for the scheduled DP-700 exam appointment and verify the date/time.

If the exam appears there, the booking is confirmed and the confirmation email can sometimes be delayed or filtered into junk/spam. If no appointment is listed, the registration likely did not complete and the exam needs to be scheduled again.

If the exam is listed correctly but there is still concern (for example, wrong date/time or no Pearson VUE communication on the day of the exam), contact certification support from the same Learn profile to have the booking checked.
