    Hi @Carol Schotz,

Based on your sharing and refer to this article Powerful image editing, now in PowerPoint, the new Edit Image / Upscale experience in PowerPoint is a cloud-backed feature that has been rolling out recently, and because of that, these preview features may not be available right away and can be paused, adjusted, or removed while they monitor quality and performance. That can clearly explain the message you are experiencing “this feature is very popular” / “cannot complete request at this moment.”

Therefore, the issue is not because of your local PowerPoint installation but is highly due to that the feature may be temporarily unavailable for some quality and performance checking from Microsoft side. At this stage, no action is required on your part, and you just need to keep your Office up to date. I kindly hope you can remain patient a little longer while the Microsoft teams continue working hard to fully restore the best possible experience for all users.

If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reply here. I’ll be happy to assist further.

Thank you for being an integral part of the Microsoft family. Your concerns and business are highly valued.
