how to I download my purchased office 2024 on my new MacBook?

I bought Office 2024 sometime last year, and I am trying to reinstall it onto my new MacBook. However, it is saying that I never purchased it? I know that I defiantly did, as I have been using it on my old MacBook. Please could you help me? I've spent hours trying to figure it out but it just isn't working.

Follow these steps to get Office 2024 working on the new MacBook:

Confirm the correct account and license
- Go to the Services & subscriptions page at https://account.microsoft.com/services in a browser.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to redeem/activate Office 2024 originally (this may be different from the account used on the Mac itself).
- Check that the Office 2024 (or Office for Home and Business / other perpetual Office product) license appears there.
- If it does not appear under this account, sign out and try any other personal Microsoft accounts that might have been used when Office was first installed on the old Mac.
If the license is visible, reinstall Office 2024 on the Mac
- On the same Services & subscriptions page, locate the Office product and select Install. This downloads the Office installer for Mac.
- When the download finishes, open Finder → Downloads and double‑click Microsoft Office installer.pkg.
- On the installer screens:
  1. Select Continue.
  2. Review and Agree to the license terms.
  3. Choose how to install Microsoft 365/Office and select Continue.
  4. Review disk space or change install location, then select Install.
  5. Enter the Mac login password if prompted, then select Install Software.
  6. When installation completes, select Close.
