When will the meter cards be updated?

Metro cards have not been updating in redeem points for the past 3 months. When will they be updated? Either give us a metro card in Pakistan Karachi at the Imtiaz area or from any other store, because the other option in Pakistan is not delivered in Karachi, and no other card option is beneficial for us. Please resolve the issue with the cards quickly.
