MY MINECRAFT ACCOUNT GOY DELETE BY SOMEHOW

• Compromised and changed (email/security info replaced), or
• Closed/deleted or inactive long enough to be removed.

Use these steps:

1. Try to sign in to the Microsoft account that was used for Minecraft purchases:
   • If the password no longer works, use the Recover your account flow:
     • Go to the Recover your account page and enter the email/phone/Skype name used to sign in.
     • Choose where to receive a security code, enter it, then set a new password as described in “My username and password have stopped working”.
2. If the sign‑in page says “We couldn’t find an account with that username”:

3. If the account was hacked and security info was changed so recovery fails:
   • Follow the hacked/compromised-account guidance from the moderator answers in the context: fill in the Microsoft account recovery form with as much detail as possible (old passwords, purchase info, devices, etc.).
   • If the automated recovery rejects the request, the Microsoft account cannot be recovered.
4. If the Microsoft account was closed or deleted or inactive for more than two years:
   • As described in Reopen your Microsoft account, it cannot be reopened and access to purchases (including Minecraft) is lost.
5. For Minecraft‑specific help (Java/Bedrock entitlements, prepaid card proof like in the screenshot):
   • Contact Minecraft Support using the links mentioned in the moderator answers in the context and provide the purchase confirmation email and any account details they request.

If the Microsoft account recovery succeeds, sign back into the launcher with that same Microsoft account; the Minecraft profile, skins, and entitlements should return automatically.
