A scheduled Microsoft exam is only visible in the Credentials area of the Learn profile that is linked to the same personal Microsoft account used when the exam was booked.
To check the scheduled exam:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used during exam registration.
- Go to the Credentials page directly:
https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab - In the Certifications area of this page, look at the top for your exam appointments and verify whether the scheduled exam appears there.
If the scheduled exam is still not visible:
- Confirm that the correct Learn profile is in use:
- If more than one Microsoft account exists (for example, a work/school account and a personal account), sign out and try signing in with the other account(s) that might have been used to schedule the exam.
- If none of the accounts show the appointment, contact the exam delivery partner (for example, Pearson VUE) or open a support request through Microsoft Credentials Support so they can verify the booking and help correct the profile/association issue.
A similar issue has been resolved by confirming the appointment on the Learn Credentials page at the URL above. If the exam does not appear there, support intervention is required.
