Unable to Access Account Due to Failed Recovery Options

Dear Microsoft Support,

I am writing to request assistance with accessing my main Microsoft account, which I have been unable to log into for several weeks.

Each time I attempt to sign in, I receive a message stating that I have tried to enter my password too many times. When I follow the account recovery process and complete the required form, I receive a response to my secondary email indicating that my request cannot be processed because two-factor authentication is enabled on my account.

However, the only two-factor authentication method I have set up is my phone number. When I attempt to use my phone number for verification or password recovery, I am informed that this method is unavailable.

Additionally, although I previously set up secret answers, I am not given the option to use them at any point during the recovery process. I also do not have access to the long recovery code that is being requested.

I also cannot access my email on any internet browser or other device. Fortunately, I am still logged in on my iPhone, and I am concerned about logging out as I may permanently lose access to my account.

This has left me completely locked out of my account with no viable recovery options.

I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue and restoring access to my account. Please let me know what additional information you may require to verify my identity.

Thank you for your time and support.
