Capilot Pro

To subscribe to Copilot Pro, use a Microsoft account and purchase it as a subscription, then manage it from the Microsoft account dashboard.

1. Go to the Microsoft account dashboard at https://account.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account that will own the subscription.
2. From there, go to Services & subscriptions to view and manage Microsoft 365 and Copilot Pro subscriptions tied to that account.
3. Follow the purchase flow for Copilot Pro (if available in the region and for the account) and complete checkout.
4. After purchase, Copilot Pro will appear under Services & subscriptions, where it can be managed (for example, recurring billing on/off or cancellation).

If Copilot Pro is purchased through a third-party store (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), management actions like cancellation or refund must be done through that store’s support instead of the Microsoft account dashboard.

Once Copilot Pro is active on the Microsoft account, it can be used with supported Microsoft 365 apps and Outlook accounts that are signed in with the same Microsoft account.
