I need to speak to a human being

Access is blocked by the organization

I cannot access and I don't know how to maneuver. Microsoft pushed me to Azure and I cannot access this site. This is the second time in 2 days I have trouble with MS365. I am considering leaving this platform altogether for both business and personal. If I can't get the service I need, why pay for it?

The “Access is blocked by the organization” message usually means your sign-in is being restricted by your company’s policies in Microsoft Entra ID (for example, conditional access or missing permissions). This isn’t something that can be fixed from your side alone.

We need few details to proceed further. Please check your Private messages tab and provide those details.

IDK where the "private message" tabs even is! With all the coding, I seriously feel like I need to be a programmer to decipher this sort of thing.

Hello Anna Wood,

This error (AADSTS500213) happens when the organization you’re trying to access has blocked external users through their cross-tenant access settings. Since you’re signing in with a personal account, the tenant isn’t allowing access.

There’s nothing to change on your side. Their IT team needs to allow your account or invite you as a guest.

You can reach out to them and share details so they can check the sign-in logs.

Once they update the access policy, you should be able to sign in.

how do I stop getting messages and opt out. I'm well beyond this at this point. and need the messages to stop. It's clogging up my email.

@Anna Wood, As Sridevi mentioned in a private message, this issue occurs because the resource tenant's cross-tenant access policy doesn't allow this user to access this tenant. NotAllowedByInboundPolicyTenant

To resolve this, you should contact the affected tenant's admin team and request that they either remove your account or grant access to the resource tenant. If you want to stop receiving these emails, ask them not to include your account or to adjust the inbound policy accordingly.
