Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Dear @SpikeNZ,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on the screenshot, this "Display Disconnected. Displays are not available” banner on Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android (MTRoA). It usually means the room system temporarily fails to enumerate the HDMI display or EDID, even though the TV actually shows the UI.
Here are some suggestions you can refer to:
Power‑cycle in the correct order
Turn off the TV/monitor
Reboot the MTRoA device
Wait until the MTR home screen loads
Turn the TV back on
Reseat or replace the HDMI cable
Unplug HDMI at both ends
Plug it back in firmly
If possible, test with a known‑good HDMI cable
Avoid HDMI extenders or adapters for testing
Besides that, there were other users reporting similar issues. Someone "solved it by logging in to the Windows settings with the administrator account, enabling automatic updates, and installing the missing graphics card driver." Please kindly refer to Logitech Tap: Display Disconnected & Circle Arrow | Microsoft Community Hub.
