I've been working on transitioning APIs from the legacy Alerts to the Alerts V2 for several months. However, I've noticed that the volume of alerts over the same period of time between the endpoints is vastly different.
I've read across multiple historical posts that this can be caused potentially by licensing issues. Is there some sort of official documentation about this shift that I can reference and socialize with my consumers/customers?
