Not able to get "All module assessments passed" for GitHub Copilot Fundamentals Part 2 of 2

I have completed all the units of GitHub Copilot Fundamentals Part 2 of 2. But, I am not getting "All module assessments passed" tag in the achievement section. Also, I can't take any knowledge check in the unit -Accelerate development with GitHub Copilot Cloud Agent -> Exercise - Expand your team with Copilot Cloud Agent. Please help me here
