Build 26220.8271 being live in Windows Update for the Beta Channel means a new Windows 11 Insider Preview build is available to devices enrolled in the Beta Channel. When a build is live, eligible Insider devices will see it offered through Settings → Windows Update and can download and install it according to their configured update policies.
If the build is part of a gradual rollout, it may not appear on all Beta Channel devices at the same time; availability can vary by device until the normal rollout phase begins.
