Follow these steps:
- Verify it is not a profile issue
- Ensure sign-in is with the intended Microsoft Learn profile.
- Confirm the Learn profile has a legal name and required contact details, as these are needed before redirecting to Pearson VUE.
- Retry scheduling the AZ-900 exam from the official exam details page and select Pearson VUE as the delivery provider, as described in the step-by-step registration instructions.
- Check for Pearson VUE account block (ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK)
- When the “Unexpected error” appears, look at the browser’s address bar. If
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCKappears in the URL, the Pearson VUE account has likely been blocked due to payment issues. - In this case, the block must be removed by Pearson VUE support; it cannot be fixed from Microsoft Learn.
