I completed the AI-900 Exam. How long does it take to reflect my certificate on the portal already been 3 days completed

Certification exam results and badges for Microsoft role-based and fundamentals exams like AI-900 typically appear in the Microsoft Learn profile shortly after the exam is scored, but delays can occur.

Since it has already been 3 days, take these steps:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn (https://learn.microsoft.com/).
2. Select the profile icon (top-right) → Profile → Credentials → Certifications and check if the AI-900 certification or badge is listed.
3. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the exam record and your account mapping:
   • Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
   • Sign in with the same account used to register/take the exam.
   • Complete and submit the support request form under Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
   • Wait for the support team response (can take up to 72 business hours).

If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that those certifications do not currently sync to the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed and shared directly from the Certiport account.
