Microsoft certifications and badges are no longer issued through Credly for standard Microsoft Learn credentials. Certifications and related badges are now managed directly in the Microsoft Learn profile, not via Credly emails.
For missing certifications or badges:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the profile.
- Go to Credentials and review Certifications and Achievements to confirm what has been issued to the account.
- If the expected credential or badge is not visible there, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the account and correct any missing credentials.
The Credly connector that appears in Microsoft 365 is only for organizations that integrate existing Credly data into Microsoft 365 profiles; it does not control issuance of Microsoft Learn badges or emails.
Because account details and email delivery status cannot be checked here, the next step is to open a support request with the Microsoft Credentials Support team and provide the relevant profile and program details so they can investigate the missing badge or certificate.
