Unable to login to azure account in tenant: 01bf3xxxxxxxxxxx

Hello,
I am trying to login to the tenant: 01bfxxxxxxxxxxxx in the azure portal using the url: portal.azure.com/01bfxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

However I keep getting an error message that the provided code is incorrect.

I tried the same using incognito/ private browser as well. I got the prompt first to sign in, I got a code and then a pop up in my authenticator app, I entered in my authenticator app and then it again lead me to this screen, Here it asked me to enter the code displayed in my authenticator app, and I try to use the code that's displayed however that’s not working.

My authenticator app works without issues for regular Microsoft account login in the Microsoft tenant.

Please help provide assistance on this.
