Microsoft Certificate renewal issue

After completing the renew and submitting my answers, a Microsoft certificate update window appeared. I successfully completed the required test step, however the system is now stuck on verifying my submission. The status has not changed for a long time, and the renewal does not complete.

I have waited and refreshed, and I had to complete another renewal test, and the renewal does not

complete anyway
