I can't find my certification

Use the Microsoft Learn profile and certification tools to locate the missing certifications, then contact the dedicated credentials support team if they still do not appear.

1. Confirm the certifications were actually earned
   • Review the official certification and exam pages to ensure the required exams were passed for each credential. Use the certification or exam details pages to verify requirements.
2. Check the correct Microsoft Learn profile
   • Go to the Learn profile.
   • Make sure the sign-in account is the same one used when registering for and taking the AZ-900 and the other exam.
   • If there might be multiple accounts (personal Microsoft account, work/school account, or older accounts), sign out and try each possible login.
   • If a congratulations email was received when AZ-900 was passed, use the profile link in that email and compare it with the profile currently in use. The email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the login account.
3. Look for certifications and transcript in Learn
   • In the Learn profile, select Credentials → Certifications to see active certifications.
   • To see a full history, select Transcript in the left column; this shows active certifications and exams passed.
4. Consider special cases
   • Certifications earned via Certiport do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed through the Certiport account.
   • Some older, retired certifications no longer appear in the Learn profile.
5. If certifications are still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support
   • Use Microsoft Credentials Support to open a support request for missing credentials. This is the channel that can investigate account linkage issues and restore visibility of earned certifications.
