Hello, I accidentally removed my own Global Administrator access from my Azure AD (Microsoft Entra) tenant. Currently, all users in the tenant are assigned only as "Member" and there is no Global Administrator remaining. Tenant domain: [xxxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com] Primary email: [xxxxxx] This is critical because there are active Azure credits (approximately $1000) in this tenant, and I am completely blocked from managing or accessing them. I need assistance to restore Global Administrator access to my account: [xxxxxx] I can verify domain ownership if required. Please treat this as urgent. Thank you.

Thank you for your response.

I tried contacting Microsoft Customer Service via phone, but unfortunately I was only connected to an automated AI system which was not able to assist with my issue. It also did not redirect me to a human support agent.

Regarding your second suggestion, I do not have access to any other tenant or subscription with Global Administrator privileges. Currently, there are no Global Administrators remaining in my tenant at all.

This situation is critical for me since I am completely locked out and there are active Azure credits in the tenant. I would really appreciate it if you could guide me on how to reach a human support agent or escalate this issue to the appropriate team.
