Suddenly cannot download any attachments from outlook.com

I am unable to download any attached files from my outlook.com account. I have 2 accounts one account is working fine and I have no problem downloading any attachments. The other account gives me an error message "Something went wrong with the request. Try again in a little while". I have been receiving the same message for the last several days. The problem persists on multiple computers. I can see all previews of the documents fine but receive the error every time I try to download any attachment. Clearing cache and forwarding the email to myself made no difference. My storage is showing 10gb used out of 100gb available. Your help is great appreciated
