Hi Microsoft Support Team, Our company is currently enrolling in the Microsoft Hardware Program, but we are completely stuck at the Identity Verification (IDV) stage. Issues: The system did not provide any IDV link or QR code for Verifiable Credentials (VC). Since the account is not verified, we cannot open a support ticket within the Partner Center. Standard support paths and AI phone support keep redirecting us back to the Partner Center ticket system, which we cannot access. Could you please help manually trigger the IDV process or escalate this to the Vetting Team? Thank you.
