Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
The Xbox Creators Program step in the Microsoft Store submission is only relevant when the game integrates Xbox network services (Xbox Live features such as achievements, leaderboards, or cloud saves) and is being published through the Creators Program path.
From the current documentation:
- Games that use the Xbox network and are in the Creators Program must follow both the Xbox Requirements and the general Microsoft Store policies when being submitted to the Store.
- For Creators Program titles, Xbox network is only available on devices supported by the Microsoft Store; other devices are not supported.
If the page that opens from the Xbox Creators Program row is blank and shows no configuration fields, the submission can proceed in either of these cases:
- The game does not integrate Xbox network services at all.
- The game is not being published via the Xbox Creators Program (for example, it is a regular PC game without Xbox services, or it is being handled as a managed/ID@Xbox title instead).
In those cases, no additional configuration is required in that section, and the rest of the submission flow (pricing, properties, age rating, packages, etc.) is sufficient for Store certification.
If the game is intended to use Xbox network services under the Creators Program and the configuration page remains unusable, contact Partner Center support from the Help icon in Partner Center and open a support ticket so the account and title configuration can be checked.
