The email address used for an AZ-900 certification cannot be looked up by name alone, but there are steps to find which Microsoft account was used.

1. Check devices and apps already signed in
   • On a Windows 10/11 PC where sign-in might still be active:
     • Select Start > Settings > Accounts.
     • Under Email & app accounts, review the email addresses listed; these are Microsoft accounts associated with the device.
   • In Office apps (Word, Excel, etc.) where the certification account might be signed in:
     • Open an Office app.
     • Select File > Account.
     • Under Product Information, look at Belongs to to see the Microsoft account username.
2. Try alternate email addresses
   • If any alternate email addresses were ever used (for example, @outlook.com, @live.com, or other personal addresses), try signing in to Microsoft Learn and the certification dashboard with each of them.
3. Use the Microsoft account username recovery flow
   • If security information (phone or alternate email) was added to the account, use the forgotten your Microsoft account username process referenced in the documentation to recover the username associated with that security info.
4. Once the correct account is found
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
   • Go to the profile and then Credentials > Certifications to verify that the AZ-900 certification appears under that account.

If none of the above helps locate the correct email, direct contact with Microsoft Credentials or Certification Support is required, but they will still need some way to validate the account (such as known email addresses or security info); they cannot search or disclose accounts based only on a full name.
