MOS Excel and Word 2016 certificates not found in my Microsoft account

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding my Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications, as I am unable to locate and download my certificates:

  • Microsoft Office Specialist – Excel (Office 2016)
  • Microsoft Office Specialist – Word (Office 2016)

I logged into Microsoft Learn using my Microsoft account and checked the Credentials / Certificates section, but my certificates do not appear there.

The exams were passed in 2019. The certifications were obtained before September 2025
