Thank you very much for the detailed response and for confirming that this is an RTFP platform-level block - that clarifies things a lot and gives me the right language to use when routing the support request.

One issue on my end though: I have not received any private message on Microsoft Q&A, nor an email notification for one. I've checked:

• The question thread itself (no blue banner or private messages indicator visible)
• The "questions with private messages" filter while signed in
• My email inbox, including spam/junk folders
• My Learn profile notification settings (private message notifications are enabled)

Could you please try resending the private message with the support request link? If it's already been sent and deleted, a fresh one would be much appreciated.
