Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
The message indicates that the organization previously enrolled in the Microsoft Windows Hardware Developer Program in Partner Center, but that specific program enrollment is now in a deactivated state. In this state, the account exists, but the program benefits and capabilities are not available until the registration is reactivated.
To proceed, sign in to Partner Center with a Microsoft Entra ID account that has the Global Administrator role for the organization and review or repeat the Hardware Developer Program registration steps so the program can be reactivated:
- Go to the Hardware Developer Program registration page.
- Select Login with work account and sign in using a Microsoft Entra ID Global Administrator account.
- Confirm the Global Administrator sign-in and select Next.
- On the list of available programs, ensure Hardware is selected and choose Go to Dashboard.
- Verify and, if needed, update the company information (either via D-U-N-S lookup or manual entry) so it is accurate.
- Ensure a valid legal contact is provided and that this contact responds to any verification email from Microsoft.
- If authorized, accept the legal agreements; otherwise, have an authorized person accept them.
If the registration remains deactivated after these steps, contact Microsoft Partner Center support from within Partner Center so support can review and reactivate or advise on the specific enrollment status for the Hardware program.
