CopilotInteraction Audit Logs: Single Prompt Generating Multiple Responses

I would like to understand whether a single prompt submitted to Microsoft Copilot can generate multiple response entries in the CopilotInteraction audit logs. If so, could you please explain the possible scenarios (such as streaming responses, retries, or backend processing) that may result in multiple records with "isPrompt": false for a single "isPrompt": true entry?
