How do I get the live help I was promised when I set up my Azure account?

Oh my God! I am so angry! The sales person when I created my Azure accocunt said I could get help setting up my azure virtual server with all the stuff I need on it. HE LIED! I am furious. I was told I'd get a call from Azure's internal support group to get set up. Well, I DID get a call at 7:00 am and I asked to be called back in 30 minutes, which NEVER HAPPENED. I have spent two and a half of the most frustrating hours of my entire life trying to get through your idiot, reprehensible AI Chat bot crap to get to a real person! How DARE you treat me this way! I have a 14 page chat transcript saying I was supposed to get help from your "internal team", and NOW you **** want me to pay for a support contract!!!!! And I can NEVER reach a live person who can actually help. I'm beginning to think I made a mistake trying to work with Azure. SOMEONE better call me immediately at <PII removed>. I have a hearing loss, so I wanted to set up an online support session to work with someone to get our virtual server set up, but I guess NO ONE CARES!!! I was expecting an email with a link to a virtual support session so I could forward back that transcript with all my details, but I guess that was too much to ask. You have no clue how stressed I am and how upset. DON'T DO THIS TO PEOPLE!

To get live help from Microsoft for Azure and related setup issues, use one of these official support entry points:

    1. Use the Get Help app / web entry
      • Go to the Get Help experience for home users: Get Help.
      • Describe the Azure problem in detail.
      • Choose the option to connect to support (chat or request a call) when it appears.
    2. Use the general Microsoft support contact entry
      • Go to the Microsoft support contact page: Contact a Microsoft support agent.
      • Follow the prompts to select the product (Azure) and issue type.
      • Proceed through the flow until the options to chat with an agent or request a call are offered.
    3. If a phone conversation is needed
      • Use the customer service phone directory: Customer service phone numbers.
      • Select the appropriate region and follow the instructions for home or business users.
    4. If a callback or online session is preferred (helpful with hearing loss)
      • In the Get Help experience, type something like “chat with an agent” and proceed until the Contact support or Call me back options appear.
      • Choose chat for text-based support, or Call me back and specify contact details and availability.

If the Azure subscription is tied to a business or enterprise account, an admin can also open a support request through the Azure portal or Microsoft 365 admin center, but the initial entry points above are the supported ways to reach a live Microsoft support representative.
