To get live help from Microsoft for Azure and related setup issues, use one of these official support entry points:
- Use the Get Help app / web entry
- Go to the Get Help experience for home users: Get Help.
- Describe the Azure problem in detail.
- Choose the option to connect to support (chat or request a call) when it appears.
- Use the general Microsoft support contact entry
- Go to the Microsoft support contact page: Contact a Microsoft support agent.
- Follow the prompts to select the product (Azure) and issue type.
- Proceed through the flow until the options to chat with an agent or request a call are offered.
- If a phone conversation is needed
- Use the customer service phone directory: Customer service phone numbers.
- Select the appropriate region and follow the instructions for home or business users.
- If a callback or online session is preferred (helpful with hearing loss)
- In the Get Help experience, type something like “chat with an agent” and proceed until the Contact support or Call me back options appear.
- Choose chat for text-based support, or Call me back and specify contact details and availability.
If the Azure subscription is tied to a business or enterprise account, an admin can also open a support request through the Azure portal or Microsoft 365 admin center, but the initial entry points above are the supported ways to reach a live Microsoft support representative.
