Hello,

I found this official documentation, and we believe things are set up to match what's discussed (Service Principal, not Delegated btw).

  1. Create/Select an Agent in Copilot Studio
  2. Go to "Knowledge" tab
  3. Click "Add knowledge" button
  4. Click "Snowflake" connector (Premium)
  5. Click "Create a new connection" and filled out the configuration
  6. Click 'Next' (Fail here!)

Interestingly, it seems like the connection is made judging by the 'Green Checkmark" icon as shown in the below screenshot (which was Red until everything was set up). Now, when i click 'Next', it now just says an error "There was a problem connecting to Snowflake."

Does anyone have a suggestion by any chance?
