    Hi ROD MAROIS,

    Thanks for reaching out.

On Windows 11, the easiest way to get a full calendar experience is to use Outlook for Windows (as the Independent Advisor suggested), which includes Mail + Calendar in one app and is available through the Microsoft Store.

Here are some possible options that you can try to move forward:

Option 1: Install Outlook for Windows from Microsoft Store - this gives you a built-in Calendar app experience on Windows 11.

To view your Google Calendar inside Outlook, you can add Google Calendar to Outlook by subscribing via an iCal (ICS) link, so you can see your Google events in Outlook’s Calendar view.

    • On a PC browser, open Google Calendar > select your calendar ⋮ > Settings and sharing
    • Scroll to Integrate calendar > copy Secret address in iCal format
    • Open new Outlook > Calendar > Add calendar > Subscribe from web
    • Paste the link > Import

Note: Subscribing/importing is typically best for viewing events; if you need full two-way syncing, that usually requires a separate sync method/tool.

Option 2 (Quick workaround): Use Google Calendar in the browser like an “app” - if you mainly want Google Calendar (like on iMac), using it in a browser can be the fastest option while keeping everything in sync with Google automatically.

    • Open calendar.google.com in Edge/Chrome
    • Use the browser menu > Install app / Create shortcut (wording varies by browser)

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
On Windows 11, you can use the Outlook app to get the calendar, if you have a Google account and want to sync its calendar, you can add the account on Outllok to sync the Google account calendar.
