Driver signing stuck in "Sign" stage in Partner Center

Hello,

My driver signing submission is stuck in the "Sign" stage for more than 48 hours.

Submission ID: 1152921505700818814

Product name: weezmofilterportmonitor64_11_04_09_2026

All previous steps (Package Acceptance, Preparation, Scanning, Validation, Catalog creation) completed successfully.

However, the process does not proceed past the signing stage.

This seems to be a backend issue rather than a problem with the driver package.

Could someone from Microsoft check or reset this submission?

Thank you.

The issue cannot be fixed from the portal side by an end user. When a driver submission is stuck in a processing state (such as “Sign”) after the earlier stages have completed, the next step is to open a support case with the Partner Center hardware team so they can inspect and, if needed, reset or reprocess the submission.

Use the Hardware Dev Center / Partner Center support channel referenced in the documentation to contact support, providing at least:

    • Submission ID: 1152921505700818814
    • Product name: weezmofilterportmonitor64_11_04_09_2026
    • A description that the submission is stuck in the “Sign” stage for more than 48 hours while all previous stages (Package Acceptance, Preparation, Scanning, Validation, Catalog creation) show as completed.

If you are using the Hardware API, you can also confirm the current status programmatically by calling the submission status endpoint described in the manage-submissions documentation, but resolving a stuck “Sign” state still requires Microsoft support intervention.

For other submission issues not covered by the standard troubleshooting (file structure, Zip64, package open failures), the documentation explicitly directs to Partner Center dashboard support.
